Provide accurate info and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

Dominance DAO provides a platform for discovering business case studies and accessing founder playbooks. Services are for commercial and professional use only.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

AUP violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans auto-renew. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges. Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (case studies, data, graphics) is property of Dominance DAO. No reproduction without written permission.

7. Email Communications

Marketing emails require explicit opt‑in. Transactional/administrative emails may be sent as part of providing the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to $100 or 12 months of payments.
